Sr Tech Support Engineer

KwikTag by enChoice is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Support Engineer to support our customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via telephone and email to resolve customer and partner issues as they pertain to KwikTag software
  • Adhere to KwikTag Service Level Agreements and commitments
  • Manage cases in CRM based on established guidelines
  • Contribute to knowledge base

Requirements

  • Strong background in troubleshooting Windows 7/10, Windows 2008/2012/2016 server, SQL 2008/2012/2016, SharePoint, client-server and cloud-based applications
  • Strong background in relational databases and ability to construct advanced SQL queries
  • Fundamental TCP/IP networking knowledge
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Resourceful and innovative approach to solving issues
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to follow-through
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
  • Candidates with Microsoft Dynamics experience (both user and system administrator) will be favored
  • General knowledge of and experience with accounting and accounting processes a plus

Experience
3 years of proven experience in a senior technical support position.

Education
Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
