For those who aren’t familiar with KwikTag products, here’s a quick overview of the basic functionality of KwikTag for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
KwikTag for Dynamics 365 Business Central is a complete document management system that allows users to easily capture documents and related content for transactions in Dynamics 365. Dynamics 365 and KwikTag are seamlessly integrated for ease of document access and is user-friendly, so even non-ERP users can find and access documents. KwikTag is directly integrated with more than 80 Dynamics 365 Business Central pages, allowing easy access to any and all documents.
This KwikTag solution comes with so many cool new features, including the powerful ability to search, retrieve, view, and share documents, based on customizable search criteria. KwikTag users have the ability to search and locate documents related to specific transaction and add a “link” to other documents relevant to the given transaction.
We’re not done yet, it just keeps getting better.
Based on popular demand, we’ve re-introduced KwikTag Intelliview™ to the document management solution.
KwikTag Intelliview allows users to attach documents to a transaction, and then KwikTag automatically links related documents throughout a transaction lifecycle. Examples include sales quote, order and customer invoice; as well as purchase order, receiving transaction and AP invoice. This eliminates the need to manually “link” documents and makes review and audit a breeze!
