ImageTag Announces New Process Automation and Workflow Design Solution
Build, Manage and Automate Business Process Workflows
On the inaugural day of Microsoft Envision, ImageTag, Microsoft Silver Partner and innovator in the document management and process automation space, announced new products shipping now and in the near future.
ImageTag announced the latest release of KwikTag®, its document capture platform, which now makes business process automation easier than ever. KwikTag v6.2 includes customer requested features including approval central, case management and mobile approval. In addition, the company introduced a workflow designer, called KwikTag Katana™, which will enable business and technical analysts to build or modify any KwikTag business process using a simple drag-n-drop diagramming approach. Katana is projected to be generally available later this year.
Mid-market organization leaders are continually looking to increase efficiency and transform their business, without paying the typical costs of enterprise level software systems. As ImageTag has expanded its product portfolio in recent months, more companies that meet that profile are adopting their solutions as the industry standard for process automation and to meet audit and compliance requirements.
Companies that have recently joined the ImageTag family or expanded their process automation with KwikTag include: Denver Broncos, Duke University Medical Center, MAC Acquisitions (parent company of Macaroni Grill), MTM, BF&M Insurance, Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and Diligent Delivery Services – to name a few.
ImageTag works with companies across all industries and supports non-profit organizations, healthcare, financial services, food & beverage, retail, restaurant and hospitality and professional sports teams. With a global customer base, the KwikTag platform and workflow applications are the go-to source for countless Microsoft Dynamics partners and IT consultants.
“As organizations look to do more with less while increasing operational excellence and customer focus, we enable them to meet those goals and fix broken, manual processes at the same time,” said Jon Michaels, vice president of worldwide sales and marketing at ImageTag. “Our software, support and services are completely aligned to meet our partner and customer growth plans.”
The latest release of the KwikTag platform, the Katana workflow designer, as well as the company’s KwikApps that support accounting process automation, expense management, forms automation and tailored applications are available for demonstration at the ImageTag booth, #1145 in the Envision Solutions Experience.
