Gutchess Lumber was having the right problems. With new orders keeping facilities in New York and Pennsylvania busy, the company had experienced steady, 30% year-over-year growth. Now, it needed more space at its headquarters to prepare for additions to the sales team. To expand facilities, the sales office located at the lumber yard had to move to a new location.
